Children who have survived commercial sexual exploitation have experienced severe trauma. Through our Restoration Foster Care program, Arrow Staff and the foster parents partner to build trust and healthy attachments with the child, helping them to heal and prepare for a hopeful future.

These foster parents need additional support to serve intensely traumatized children. That’s why we provide our Restoration Foster Parents with extensive pre-service and regularly scheduled training that specifically addresses the needs of trafficking survivors.

Parents also receive robust wraparound in-home support for themselves, the family, and the child in their care. Their restoration foster care support team includes 24-hour on-call assistance,  therapists, trauma-informed specialists and a behavioral support staff.
