Brad Gouge recently retired after a 25-year career in oil and gas, holding roles from field engineer to country manager. He began at Mobil Oil in 1997 and later co-founded Ensign Natural Resources, retiring after its sale to Marathon Oil in 2022. A licensed Professional Engineer with a Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas A&M, Brad now mentors college students through the Switch Energy Alliance Competition.
