Dr. Chris Swanson is the co-founder and Executive Director of C-IMPACT, a nonprofit that strengthens cross-sector collaboration in health, education, and social services. He previously founded the IDEALS Institute at Johns Hopkins, where he led its growth and focused on child development, special education, and collective impact. A former school principal and educator, Swanson holds a doctorate and master’s from Johns Hopkins and a bachelor’s from UMBC.
