Kevin Drumheller became CEO of Richcroft, Inc. in April 2020, leading operations and strategy for the company, which supports over 300 individuals. Previously, he served as CEO of Chimes Maryland and Virginia and The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region. He holds Master’s degrees in Social Work and Education, and a BA from Towson State University. Drumheller is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate and will join the Arrow Board.
