Scott Lundy is a recognized expert in child welfare and a passionate advocate for vulnerable children. For over 16 years, he has led Arrow Child & Family Ministries, first as COO and now as President and CEO. Under his leadership, Arrow has expanded to serve over 4,000 children and families annually across 20 offices in two states. Scott has been instrumental in securing national accreditations for Arrow, ensuring the organization meets or exceeds federal standards and integrating a spiritual component into treatment planning to help children heal holistically from trauma.
Beyond his role at Arrow, Scott is an active leader in the child welfare community. He serves on several boards, including the Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services and the Committee for Advancing Residential Practices (CARP). Scott advocates for improvements to the Texas child welfare system, working closely with lawmakers to secure additional resources for agencies serving children. As an adoptive father of three, two of whom came from the foster care system, Scott brings a personal understanding to his work, fueling his dedication to improving outcomes for children and families.
