Celebrating Milestones at The Arrow Center for Education Tangram

Graduation is a major milestone for every student at Arrow. For Nick Kruger, it marked a moment shaped by patience, growth and the right support at the right time. Nick completed his journey at the Arrow Center for Education Tangram in 2025, a transition his family describes as both emotional and deeply meaningful.

“I tell everybody about Tangram,” Kruger’s mother said. “There’s a lot of programs out there and you have to find the one that fits your child.”

From the beginning, Nick’s family found that Tangram provided the environment he needed.

“They’re working with them, they meet the kids where they’re at and they have done that since minute one,” Kruger’s mother said.

Principal David Schittler said that approach is intentional.

“We create specialized learning environments for all of our students. We’re able to meet their needs so that we can really highlight their abilities and let them flourish and build on those successes.”

For Nick, that meant learning at a pace that honored his strengths.

“They didn’t push him. It wasn’t like you’re not meeting quotas,” Kruger’s mother said. “It was kind of like, this is where Nick is at. Let’s work with him, and then he could master it. And then move to the next level, and then move to the next level.”

Nick’s mom said she saw the difference every day and wants other families to know about the possibilities at Tangram.

“I always tell other parents, they would love it,” Kruger’s mother said. “I would come back in again, he could stay here forever.”

Nick’s graduation is a reminder of what can happen when a student’s needs are met with understanding, expertise and a community committed to helping each child thrive.
