As Chief Administrative Officer, Emily Riley leads Human Resources, Information Technology, Organizational Improvement, and Facilities. Serving Arrow since 2003, Emily has devoted much of her career to advancing the organization’s quality improvement strategies. She is responsible for overseeing agency-wide initiatives such as national accreditations, technology implementations, and organizational change efforts. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to collaboration and engaging stakeholders in practices that connect them to Arrow’s mission, enhance the employee experience, and promote positive outcomes for children and families.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Emily is deeply passionate about creating a vibrant and supportive workplace – one that actively engages, develops, and celebrates Arrow’s most valuable resource: its people. She has spoken nationally on employee engagement strategies and is recognized for her ability to align organizational systems with mission-driven outcomes.
Emily resides in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband Jeff and their two children.
