Laura Figueroa, President of The Arbitrage Group Inc. since 1998, oversees financial operations and reviews bond-related structures. A CPA with a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin, she previously worked at KPMG. Appointed to the Lower Colorado River Authority Board in 2018, she serves as Vice-Chair of the Finance Committee. Laura lives in Brenham, Texas, with her family and is an active volunteer and teacher.
