Arrow Child and Family Ministries is proud to celebrate a significant professional milestone for Program Director Crystal Ludtke, who has been with the agency for more than two years, recently secured her L2 certification with Family Centered Treatment (FCT).
This achievement is a major undertaking that represents a deep mastery of the FCT model. To earn the L2 designation, Crystal had to master 16 clinical checkoffs required by the program.
With this certification, she now has the authority to teach these specialized skills and monitor practitioners to determine if they have reached mastery or require additional support.
Crystal has been the Director of the FCT program since its launch in Maryland in 2023, serving families in Harford County. Since then, the program has expanded to Baltimore County and Baltimore City and has begun a strong relationship with Maryland’s Department of Juvenile Justice.
“Her dedication to mastering these skills directly impacts our ability to serve families with excellence,” an Arrow spokesperson said. “We look forward to her continued leadership in this role.”
Arrow congratulates Crystal on this impressive career accomplishment and her ongoing commitment to the FCT mission!
