Arrow Child & Family Ministries received 92 bicycles from Texas Baseball Tournaments on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, as part of an annual holiday donation benefiting local foster families.
This special donation included a wide range of sizes, colors and styles to meet the needs of children of all ages.
Texas Baseball Tournaments has partnered with Arrow year after year, collecting bikes from players and families and donating them directly at headquarters in Spring, Texas.
The bicycles are distributed to foster families on a first-come basis, ensuring they reach children in the community who can benefit most.
“The bike donation from Texas Baseball Tournaments provides a little bit of childhood to each youth, gives them something fun to learn and enjoy while away from their home,” Raven Green, Arrow’s Director of Development said.
Arrow typically receives around 60 bikes, this year’s donation exceeded expectations and allowed even more children to be served.
“We receive all sizes from toddler push bikes to adult bikes, all colors and fun themes like Spider Man and mermaids,” Green said.
The bikes help make Christmas brighter for dozens of children and families by offering a special gift, but also an opportunity for play and joy during the holiday season.
“I am thankful to the Texas Baseball Tournaments players and parents for doing this collection every year and helping build memories for foster children,” Green said.
