Sherly Philip is a retired attorney and former partner at Lam, Lyn & Philip, PC, bringing decades of legal experience in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, breach of contract matters and post-judgment collection. Throughout her career, she represented national lending institutions, major utility providers, governmental entities and companies across several industries. Licensed to practice law in Texas and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Sherly also brings experience through her involvement with professional organizations including the Houston and American Bar Associations. She earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and her B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
