Arrow Treatment Foster Parents Honored through Appreciation Dinner

The Lubbock Interagency Adoption Council rolled out the red carpet for Region 1 foster families at its Annual Foster Parent Appreciation Dinner, celebrating the extraordinary individuals who open their hearts and homes to children in need.

Among this year’s standout honorees were Arrow Treatment Foster Parent’s, Pat Johnson and Alan White. The couple received two major accolades at the event: the 2026 Shining Star Award and the 2026 Veteran Foster Family Award.

For years, White and Johnson have welcomed treatment foster care youth into their home with unwavering compassion, embodying the mission of serving youth from difficult backgrounds. Their dedication, resilience and deep understanding of the calling to foster have made a lasting impact on countless lives in the community.

The couple said the journey has been a blessing and expressed heartfelt gratitude to Arrow for its continued support, dedication and hard work.
