Arrow Celebrates Milestone as Clinical Educator Achieves L2 Certification

Arrow Child and Family Ministries is proud to celebrate a significant professional milestone for Morgan Raitch, who has been with the agency for more than two years, recently secured her L2 certification with Family Centered Treatment (FCT).

This achievement is a major undertaking that represents a deep mastery of the FCT model. To earn the L2 designation, Raitch had to master the 16 clinical checkoffs required by the program. With this certification, she now has the authority to teach these specialized skills and monitor practitioners to determine if they have reached mastery or require additional support.

Raitch’s promotion to FCT clinical educator last year was a testament to her talent and her ability to motivate employees toward their own certification goals. Her new status as an L2 certified trainer further elevates the agency’s program implementation, providing a critical resource for staff in both Maryland and Texas.

By holding this trainer position, Raitch provides essential support to program directors and all FCT staff members. This level of expertise ensures that Arrow continues to provide the highest quality of family-centered care through rigorous training and clinical oversight.

“Her dedication to mastering these skills directly impacts our ability to serve families with excellence,” an Arrow spokesperson said. “We look forward to her continued leadership in this role.”

Arrow congratulates Morgan on this impressive career accomplishment and her ongoing commitment to the FCT mission!
