Arrow Child & Family Ministries is proud to celebrate Director of Marketing Amber Pritchard on her appointment as the 2026–2027 Vice President of Membership for the American Marketing Association (AMA) Houston Chapter.
The American Marketing Association is one of the nation’s leading professional organizations for marketers, bringing together professionals from a wide range of industries to learn and collaborate.
In Pritchard’s new leadership role, she will help shape the member experience by welcoming new professionals, strengthening engagement and creating opportunities for meaningful connections throughout the Houston marketing community.
For Pritchard, serving on the AMA Houston Board is more than a professional milestone, it’s an opportunity to represent Arrow while giving back to the marketing profession that has helped shape her career.
Throughout her journey, Pritchard has experienced the value of mentorship, networking and lifelong learning.
Those experiences have fueled her passion for helping others find their place within the profession and build relationships that lead to personal and professional growth.
At Arrow, Pritchard leads the organization’s marketing and communications strategy, overseeing branding, digital marketing, public relations, internal communications, website strategy and storytelling across Texas and Maryland.
She believes the same principles that strengthen communities within Arrow, such as connection, collaboration and purpose, also strengthen the marketing profession.
“I am incredibly honored to serve as the 2026–2027 Vice President of Membership for AMA Houston and to represent Arrow in this role,” Pritchard said. “Arrow has given me the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally and I’m proud to carry our mission and values into the broader marketing community.”
According to Pritchard she looks forward to building meaningful connections, supporting fellow marketers and bringing new ideas and experiences back to the Arrow team as they continue to make an impact together.
Pritchard’s passion for marketing extends far beyond her day-to-day responsibilities.
She is actively involved in the marketing community, continually seeking opportunities to learn, connect with industry peers and bring innovative ideas back to Arrow.
That passion has taken on even greater meaning since becoming a mother.
“I’ve always loved marketing and communications because every story has the power to make an impact,” Pritchard said. “Working at Arrow has shown me how storytelling can inspire hope, strengthen communities and ultimately help children and families thrive. Becoming a mom has given that purpose even greater meaning. I want my daughter to grow up seeing that you can lead with compassion, serve others with purpose and never stop pursuing what you’re passionate about. That’s what motivates me every day, both at Arrow and in my role with AMA Houston.”
Pritchard’s appointment reflects Arrow’s commitment to leadership, innovation and professional excellence.
Through her service with AMA Houston, she will continue building relationships across the marketing industry while bringing fresh ideas, valuable insights and expanded opportunities back to Arrow.
Please join us in congratulating Pritchard on this exciting achievement. We look forward to seeing the impact she will make as Vice President of Membership while continuing to advance Arrow’s mission of helping kids and strengthening families.
